Preserve. Educate. Inspire.
Every gift keeps history alive — restoring the places, stories, and family legacies that shaped America.
Our Story
Over 250 years ago, a family farm in Virginia served as the heart of a thriving community. Generations grew up there — tending cattle and crops, gathering for Sunday dinners, and celebrating life’s milestones. Leaders, neighbors, and dignitaries not only visited but called it home.
By 2015, that same farm teetered on the brink of loss — barns collapsing, fields empty, the manor boarded up, its halls echoing with silence. Without intervention, the story would have ended there. But through faith, family, and the determination to preserve what matters most, Belle Hampton Farm was saved.
Today, that farm has become the living heart of the Belle Hampton Legacy Center, where heritage fuels hope — and one family’s rescue story is inspiring many others.
The Challenge
Did you know that 70% of family businesses do not survive past the second generation, and nearly 90% disappear by the third? When they do, we lose more than livelihoods — we lose heritage, values, and community identity.
Across Virginia alone, over 200 historic sites are listed as endangered. Without action, their stories, lessons, and beauty will vanish forever.

Preserve historic structures and artifacts for future generations.
Educate families and students through workshops on leadership and stewardship.
